What a wonderful Christmas

Christmas Day at St Andrews this year was a truly wonderful occasion. In our celebration service - carols and crackers joined to provide a theme to a truly joyful service - and we were joined by a large congregation including many families and friends to celebrate Christ's birth in style. Then, after our short communion service, some 35 people, both members and visitors to the church, joined us for Christmas lunch together in the church hall. It was especially wonderful to see children and young people from our church community, spending their Christmas in serving those who might otherwise be left on their own.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped - but especially to the Hobbs and Bever families who worked so hard in making this an extra-special occasion for all our visitors.
