Social events

It's so important to be in contact with other people, and to share in activities and friendship. So we have various activities at St Andrews where you can join with our community. You don't need to be a worshipper at our church to join in. And all of these happen online, so if you can't get out, you can still join in. If you've never done this before, we're happy to try to help! Contact our Vicar, Christopher Hobbs (0161 291 9134), for the details to log in.

Plans are constantly developing ... but opportunities which may be running now include:

The Big Quiz Night - A quiz organised nationally by TEAR Fund, on Saturday 14th November. The flyer with contact details to book is here.

iSingAlong - A weekly opportunity to join together using Zoom, in an informal singing of hymns and worship songs, at 8pm on Tuesdays. The words are displayed on the screen, and you can join in from your own home with no-one else listening to you!

Youth meetings - We have had youth group meetings on Zoom, and we held an online 'Light Party'. More fun and activities coming soon! If you're a young person, don't be on your own!

Little Rews - Little Rews is our pre-school group, for children with their carers. We met again between the lockdowns, and hope to open again when the second lockdown is over. We don't miss out when our buildings are closed, though - you can watch our online Circle Time on our YouTube channel.
